Absurd sex laws
Normally, “sex laws” are unwritten laws or moral guidelines which have to do with, common sense, education or culture. It’s obviously bad form to fart on someone who is performing oral sex, for example.
On the other hand, there are some who say that in bed everything is permitted between consenting adults. Yet there are many countries whose laws do not allow couples to use 100% of their erotic imagination behind closed doors. Some of these laws have every chance of beating a record as the most absurd laws in the world.
Since many of them relate to activities that most do not practice in public, the question is: how are these laws enforced?
1. In India the sex toys are banned, thankfully for public health, the same law does not apply to condoms.
2. In France it is forbidden to kiss your partner on the railroad.
3. In England, two men who have sex with a third person in the same house, though not simultaneously may be fined.
4. The penalty for masturbation in Indonesia is decapitation.
5. You may be punished by up to three years’ imprisonment for watching pornographic movies in Israel.
6. In Lebanon, men who have sex with animals that are males are punished with the death penalty. In contrast, if the animals are females, they are allowed to have sex.
7. Kissing your partner in public is banned in Russia.
8. Oral sex is technically banned in 18 U.S. states.
9. In Hawaii law, parents may be punished three years of community service if their underage children are caught having sex.
10. In Budapest, it is prohibited to have sex with the lights on.
