How to avoid frigidity
Relationships have their ups and downs that can even break the most solid couple, the ones that promised each other eternal love und believe nothing could tear them apart. For example, one of those lows that could lead to a break-up is the feared loss of sexual desire or frigidity. When this problem occurs in a relationship or better in one of the partners you start asking yourself the obvious questions like Does s/he not enjoy it?, Are we stagnating?, Does s/he have an affair?, Should we seek professional help by a psychologist? Nobody believes they would ever reach this point, but when it’s there it is important to stay calm and analyze the situation.

There is the possibility that the partner who doesn’t think it is necessary to have a lot of sex has always had a low desire for it or it could have decreased over time, just as much as the partner could be the problem. But it could also be caused by hormonal problems or side effects of medication causing sleepiness, anxiety, stress and one of the most common monotony. However, the reason could also be that the love is coming to an end und in this case you simply have to accept it.
Whatever the reason might be, you have to fight it when you notice it. Don’t waste time und think this is just something that will go away on its own this will only lead to coldness, unfaithfulness, break-ups or something else where you did not want to end up with you partner.
If you have overcome such a difficult phase in the relationship it is important to leave it behind to be able to conquer other problems that might occur. But there should always be enough time left to enjoy and relax.
